Sharmila Nebhrajani OBE, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will step down from the Board and as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 30 November 2026. Richard Taylor, currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Treasury Committee, will succeed Shar as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 December 2026, while continuing to chair the Treasury Committee. The Board of Severn Trent Plc also announces that Jane Toogood OBE FRSC and Kiet Huynh have been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company with effect from 1 October 2026. Sharmila Nebhrajani OBE, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will step down from the Board and as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 30 November 2026.

Richard Taylor, currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Treasury Committee, will succeed Shar as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 December 2026, while continuing to chair the Treasury Committee. The Board of Severn Trent Plc also announces that Jane Toogood OBE FRSC and Kiet Huynh have been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company with effect from 1 October 2026. Jane brings to the Board extensive executive and non-executive experience across large-scale, engineering and technology led industrial businesses, sustainable technologies and energy transition.

She was formerly Sector Chief Executive of Catalyst Technologies at Johnson Matthey Plc and is currently a Non-Executive Director of Norsk Hydro ASA and Co-Chair of the UK Hydrogen Delivery Council. Jane will join the Audit & Risk, Nominations, Remuneration and Corporate Sustainability Committees with effect from appointment. Kiet is currently Chief Executive Officer of Rotork Plc, a FTSE-listed global industrial technology business. He brings significant experience in operational and cultural transformation, engineering-led businesses, industrial automation and critical infrastructure markets, including the global water sector.

Kiet will join the Nominations and Corporate Sustainability Committees with effect from appointment.
