Cochin Shipyard lays keel for Indian Navy NGMV project

Cochin Shipyard Ltd has laid the keel for the first Next Generation Missile Vessel (NGMV) project being built for the Indian Navy, marking its entry into the construction of advanced weapon-intensive platforms. Vice Admiral Sanjay Sadhu, Controller of Warship Production and Acquisition from Integrated Headquarters, took part in the keel-laying event.
