Steel Dynamics and Nucor shares drop after weak guidance

Steel Dynamics fell 2.1% to $240.21 in premarket, and Nucor also declined Friday after issuing quarterly guidance below Wall Street expectations despite a strong 12-month rise in U.S. steel prices.
