Samara Asset Group p.l.c. approved a buyback of up to 1.5M shares with a total purchase cap of €30M, to run 21 Sep 2026–20 Sep 2027 via stock exchange trades.
c. 5M shares, with a total purchase cap of €30M, to run from 21 Sep 2026 to 20 Sep 2027 through stock exchange trades. Repurchased shares are intended as consideration for acquisitions.
