Zydus Lifesciences up ~2% after Novartis ALS program exit

Bernstein maintained its positive view on Usnoflast’s probability of success. Zydus Lifesciences shares rose nearly 2 per cent in Friday trade after Bernstein said Novartis’ decision to discontinue development of its experimental amyotrophic lateral sclerosis drug had improved the case for the program.
