Zurich appoints Fox to lead financial lines globally

By Navneeta Nandan Sept 18 (The Insurer) — Zurich Insurance Group has appointed Heather Fox as global head of financial lines, the insurer said on Friday. She will report to global specialty CEO Saad Mered. Fox brings more than 25 years of financial lines underwriting and leadership experience across carrier and wholesale broking business. She joined Zurich in 2023 as chief underwriting officer for Zurich North America. In 2025, she was promoted to president of US national accounts. Prior to joining Zurich, Fox worked at ARC Excess & Surplus for over 14 years and at AIG for 12 years.
