Sept 18 (Reuters) — STOCKS: The benchmark BSE Sensex was little changed at 74,294.96, while the broader NSE Nifty 50 index advanced 0.33% to 23,346.40. Both indexes posted a sixth straight weekly decline, their longest losing streak since 2020, as crude prices remained above $100 per barrel and global monetary policy tightened..BO Rupee: The Indian rupee rose 0.06% versus the U.S. dollar to 95.8725, but logged a weekly decline amid expectations of higher global interest rates, while traders kept an eye on oil prices and said that central bank intervention would limit the currency's downside around 96 per dollar. INR/ Government Bonds: The benchmark 10-year bond was quoted at 99.10 rupees, with the yield up over 2 basis points at 7.0686%. IN/ Overnight Index Swaps: The one-year overnight index swap rate was up over 1 basis point at 6.0725%, while the five-year swap rate rose above 1 bp to 6.5875%.
