ReadyCap prices $225m 10% senior secured notes due 2031

Ready Capital said its subsidiary ReadyCap Holdings II, LLC priced a $225.0m private placement of 10.00% Senior Secured notes due 2031, and also announced redemption of $350m of notes due 2026.
