Uganda to cut 2027/28 public spending by 6.2% and borrowing
Uganda’s finance ministry said the country will cut public spending in the 2027/28 financial year (July–June) by 6.2% as it scales back borrowing.
2% as it reduces borrowing, the finance ministry said on Friday.
