("Rexallent"), had on 18 September 2026 filed an application with the High Court of Shah Alam (the "Court") for, amongst others, a compromise or arrangement between Rexallent and its creditors pursuant to Section 366 of the Companies Act 2016 (the "Proposed Scheme of Arrangement"), together with an application for a Restraining Order pursuant to Section 368 of the Companies Act 2016 (the "Restraining Order").
