OTHERS COLFORM GROUP BERHAD ("COLFORM" OR THE "COMPANY") - RESIGNATION OF AUDITORS COLFORM GROUP BERHAD Type Announcement Subject OTHERS Description COLFORM GROUP BERHAD ("COLFORM" OR THE "COMPANY") - RESIGNATION OF AUDITORS The Board of Directors of Colform wishes to announce that the Company had on 18 September 2026 received a notice in writing dated 17 September 2026 pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act 2016 ("CA 2016") from TGS TW PLT ("TGS TW") on their resignation as Auditors of the Company. Pursuant to Section 281(2) of the CA 2016, TGS TW's term of office will end after twenty-one (21) days from 17 September 2026. TGS TW was re-appointed as the Auditors of the Company at the Second Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 26 May 2026, to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company. The Board wishes to inform that the resignation of TGS TW as the Auditors of the Company was due to the Board's decision to appoint another audit firm.
