Euro zone ministers concerned but not anxious about euro zone yields
DUBLIN, Sept 18 (Reuters) — Euro zone finance ministers are concerned but not anxious about the rise of bond yields in the 21 countries sharing the currency, the head of euro zone finance ministers Kyriakos Pierrakakis told a news conference on Friday. "I would say we are concerned but not anxious. We're not seeing fragmentation in the euro area," Pierrakakis said. European Economic Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis, also present, added the rise in yields was a normal market response to global developments and only underlined the need to maintain prudent fiscal policies.
