Change in Financial Year End VERDANT SOLAR HOLDINGS BERHAD Old financial year end 30 Jun 2026 New financial year end 31 Dec 2026 Remarks: The change in the financial year end of the Company from 30 June to 31 December was due to the sudden resignation of TGS TW PLT as Auditors of the Company. Thus, the change in financial year would provide additional time for the Company to engage a new External Auditor, to audit the financial statements of the Company and the Group. In addition, the Company will also apply for an extension of time to hold its next AGM in the year 2027 and to lodge the Audited Financial Statements with the CCM.
