Nigeria wins ICC arbitration; Sunrise ordered to refund legal fees

ICC ruled for Nigeria in Sunrise Power’s $2.35 billion claim over the Mambilla hydropower project and directed Sunrise and its promoter to refund Nigeria’s legal fees of $11.8 million.
