The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcement. The Board is pleased to announce that the wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company, namely Ni Hsin Corporation Sdn. Bhd., Ever-Grow Advanced Materials Sdn. Bhd. and Ni Hsin EV Tech Sdn. Bhd. had on 18 September 2026 entered into separate Corporate Agent Agreements with APEX, marking the completion of the objective of the MOU. Accordingly, the MOU shall be of no further force and effect. This announcement is dated 18 September 2026.
