Russia says it hit Ukrainian cargo vessel near Odesa, Interfax reports
MOSCOW, Sept 18 (Reuters) — The Russian defence ministry said on Friday that Russia's military had struck a Ukrainian dry cargo vessel at Pivdennyi seaport near Odesa in the Black Sea, Russian news agency Interfax reported.
