The Board of Directors of Bentley wishes to announce that the Company has received the written consent to act from Messrs Kudos SBC PLT ("Kudos") to act as the External Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 September 2026 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
