One killed, four injured in Philippines school shooting, provincial governor says

MANILA, Sept 18 (Reuters) — At least one person was killed and four were injured in a shooting at a high school in the southern Philippines on Friday, a provincial governor said. The incident took place at Banga National High School in South Cotabato, Governor Reynaldo Tamayo said.
