Sept 18 (Reuters) — U.S. oil refiners are expected to have about 821,000 barrels per day (bpd) of capacity offline for the week ending September 18, decreasing available refining capacity by 371,000 bpd, research company IIR Energy said on Friday. Offline capacity is expected to decrease to 597,000 bpd in the week ending September 25 and further to 622,000 bpd in the subsequent week, IIR added.
