(Adds shipment periods from possible global origins) HAMBURG, Sept 18 (Reuters) — South Korea's Feed Leaders Committee (FLC) has issued an international tender to purchase up to 69,000 metric tons of animal feed corn, European traders said on Friday. The deadline for price offers is also Friday, September 18, with arrival in South Korea sought in one consignment around December 30. Shipment is sought between November 11 and December 10 if sourced from the U.S. Pacific Northwest coast, between October 22 and November 20 if sourced from the U.S. Gulf, between October 17 and November 15 if from South America or between November 1 and November 30 from South Africa. The tender seeks between 52,000 and 69,000 tons, with a 10% more-or-less quantity tolerance, for arrival at the South Korean ports of Incheon or Gunsan. Arrivals between December 20 and January 9 will be regarded as acceptable. Offers are sought both in outright terms per ton cost and freight (c&f) and at a premium over Chicago corn futures. The tender continues brisk purchasing by Korean grain importers on Thursday. GRA/TEND (Reporting by Michael Hogan in Hamburg Editing by David Goodman ) ((michael.j.hogan@thomsonreuters.c
