U.S. natural gas futures inch down in choppy session

U.S. natural gas futures ended a choppy session little changed, supported by a below-average weekly storage build that reduced the inventory surplus versus the five-year average to 118 Bcf from 148 Bcf. Storage increases were limited by late-season heat lifting power-sector demand.
