Dairy prices will climb further this festive season, according to Srideep Madhavan Kesavan, CEO of Heritage Foods, even as consumer demand across the category remains firm. Kesavan said the increase covers nearly every product line the company sells, including milk, ghee, paneer, curd, yogurt and ice cream.
