BoE likely to hike in November, Capital Economics says

Capital Economics’ Paul Dales says the Bank of England is likely to raise rates at its next November meeting, after today’s hold and votes to keep rates.

The Bank of England is likely to raise interest rates at its next meeting in November, Paul Dales at Capital Economics said in a note. The central bank left rates unchanged today, but four policymakers who voted to hold said they will soon vote for a rate hike unless energy prices fall back.
