Ellington Financial closes $150m offering of 7.375% notes due 2030

Ellington Financial Inc. (NYSE: EFC) said it has closed its previously announced offering of $150 million aggregate principal amount of 7.375% senior unsecured notes due 2030, issued through certain subsidiaries.
