Copart subsidiary starts tender offer for ACV Auctions at $10.50
Copart, Inc. said its subsidiary Apple Merger Sub, Inc. has commenced a tender offer to buy all issued and outstanding shares of ACV Auctions Inc. for $10.50 per share.
Thursday, Copart, Inc. , has begun a tender offer to buy all issued and outstanding shares of common stock of ACV Auctions Inc. 50 per share. If the offer is accepted, the subsidiary will merge with and into ACV Auctions.
