CoreWeave sets up ATM offering program for up to 35,000,000 shares

CoreWeave, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRWV) announced an at-the-market offering program under which it may offer and, if applicable, sell up to 35,000,000 shares of Class A common stock from time to time through Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC.
