Spinnova signs LOI to acquire Tearfil; plans €1.5M bridge loan
Spinnova Plc has signed a non-binding LOI to acquire all shares of Tearfil at an initial €500K cash-and-shares valuation, and plans a €1.5M bridge loan during Tearfil’s PER restructuring. Closing is targeted for Q1 2027, subject to conditions.
