Germany's Vice Chancellor Lars Klingbeil said on Thursday the European Union should broaden tariffs on Chinese imports to cover hybrid cars, arguing that production in China is unfairly benefiting from subsidies. Speaking at Volkswagen's XETR:VOW headquarters in Wolfsburg, Klingbeil said the issue should be addressed by the bloc.
