Shares of Generac Holdings Inc (NYSE: GNRC ) rose sharply in pre-market trading after the company announced a supply agreement with Amazon.com Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN ) for data center backup generators. Generac and Amazon entered into a long-term supply agreement for up to $8 billion of backup power generators for Amazon data centers. Initial generator deliveries are expected to total $2.4 billion in 2027 and 2028.

Delixy Holdings shares skyrocketed 452% on Wednesday after the company disclosed a non-binding letter of intent for a potential transaction involving an oil and gas project in Kazakhstan. Fluence Energy Inc (NASDAQ: FLNC ) fell 19.5% to $7.28 in pre-market trading as the company cut its FY26 sales guidance below estimates.
