GFL jumps more than 10% on takeover bid report
GFL Environmental shares surged more than 10% overnight after a Bloomberg report said major infrastructure companies are bidding to take over the environmental services firm.
Shares of GFL Environmental Inc. (GFL) climbed more than 10% in the overnight session late Wednesday after a media report said some of the world’s largest infrastructure companies are bidding to acquire the environmental services company.
