Turkey's Capital Markets Board said it has filed criminal complaints against 38 people and barred them from trading on Borsa Istanbul for two years over alleged manipulation in the shares of three listed companies, according to a bulletin early on Wednesday. The referrals were made under a law on market manipulation.
