ProFrac amends Alpine term loan, extends to Feb 2030
ProFrac amended its Alpine Term Loan Credit Agreement to extend maturity to Feb. 15, 2030, add a 12-month 675 bps payment-in-kind option, reduce near-term amortization, and implement a 100% excess cash flow sweep. The company also enabled repayment and cancellation of $60 million affiliate loans and described retiring them in connection with the amendment.
