Soybean basis steady-to-lower; corn basis bids mixed

Merchants said spot basis for soybeans was steady to lower at U.S. Midwest processing plants, while soybean basis at elevators was mostly unchanged. Corn basis bids were narrowly mixed as harvest nears.
