Unisys to transfer ~$200M pension liabilities; expects ~$150M Q3 charge

Unisys says it closed a group annuity with New York Life to transfer about $200M of U.S. pension obligations. The company expects a one-time, non-cash, pre-tax Q3 2026 settlement charge of about $150M with no cash impact because the purchase is from plan assets.
