Tesla and SpaceX sue TERA-print over 'Terafab' name

Tesla (TSLA) and SpaceX (SPCX) sued nanotechnology company TERA-print in federal court in Austin, Texas, seeking rights to the “Terafab” name for their planned chip plant (Tesla Inc v. TERA-print LLC, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas).
