Schneider National secured a new $350 million unsecured revolving credit facility led by JPMorgan, with a maturity date of Sep 10 2031 that springs to Nov 22 2029 if its term loan is not extended, refinanced or repaid. The facility includes a $100 million letter-of-credit sublimit and an accordion feature that can expand borrowing capacity to $700 million.
