Bank of America analyst Mark Cabana said Wednesday that if the Federal Reserve holds interest rates steady later today, it would be “unprecedented,” even though markets are pricing in more than a 90% chance of a rate hike. Cabana said, “If this [no rate hike] happens, it would be unprecedented historically…”
