Michael Saylor said on September 16 that US regulators are prepared to move ahead with digital asset rules under existing statutes, without waiting for Congress to act on the stalled CLARITY Act. The executive chairman of Strategy, the company formerly known as MicroStrategy, said the framework could proceed without that legislation.
