Rocky Shore Gold entered an option to acquire 100% of the Handcamp Property, purchased 100% of the Springdale Property for $30,000 and 285,000 shares, and staked additional claims in Newfoundland’s Roberts Arm VMS belt.
Rocky Shore Gold Ltd. entered into an option to acquire 100% of the Handcamp Property. The company also bought 100% of Springdale for $30,000 and 285,000 shares, and staked additional claims in Newfoundland’s Roberts Arm VMS belt. Handcamp vendors will retain a 2.0% NSR, while Springdale vendors will retain a 2.5% NSR.
