Excalibur Metals elects two directors; AGM motions approved

Excalibur Metals Corp. said all AGM motions were approved and John Gilbert and Gernot Wober were elected as new directors alongside re-elected incumbents. 5,974,000 shares voted, representing 9.39% of issued shares at the record date.
