Profusa raises $350,000 via senior secured 7% convertible note

Profusa issued a senior secured convertible note to Ascent Partners Fund for $350,000 in proceeds (face value $384,615.38). The note pays 7% cash interest, matures as early as Sep 16, 2027, and is convertible at $4.28 per share with a $1.07 floor.
