Pan African Resources proposes record dividend as profits rise

Pan African Resources proposed a record final dividend of ZAR1.58bn (65 South African cents per share). With its interim payout, total dividends for the year are ZAR1.86bn, about $113.6m. The company also approved a share buyback of up to ZAR500m.
