INTC and SKHY jump on talks for U.S. memory megafab

Shares of Intel (INTC) and SK Hynix (SKHY) rose overnight ahead of Wednesday after a report said the companies are discussing a deal to bring SK Hynix memory-chip manufacturing to the U.S. for the first time; INTC was up 5% in overnight trading.
