Ispire Technology reports fiscal 2026 revenue of $96M

The company said fiscal 2026 revenue was $96 million, down from $127.5 million a year earlier. Net loss was $33.2 million, or $0.58 per diluted share, versus a net loss of $39.2 million, or $0.69 per share, in the prior year.
