Creative Planning agrees to acquire RVK for institutional expansion
Creative Planning said it agreed to acquire RVK, an institutional consultant, to expand its services to more institutional clients.
Creative Planning, already one of the nation’s largest registered investment advisors serving individual investors, said it plans to expand further into institutional business. The firm said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire RVK, an institutional advisory firm.
