U.S. stocks were lower, with the Dow Jones index falling around 300 points on Tuesday. Shares of Radiant Logistics Inc (NYSE: RLGT ) rose sharply after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results. Radiant Logistics reported quarterly earnings of 15 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 9 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $261.436 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $231.300 million. Radiant Logistics shares jumped 17.8% to $9.68 on Tuesday. Waystar Holding Corp (NASDAQ: WAY ) gained 8.6% to $27.05 following reports suggesting that the company is considering strategic options, including a sale. Telix Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: TLX ) gained 8.5% to $12.79. Telix Pharmaceuticals recently announced the FDA has approved its NDA for Pixclara, an amino acid positron emission tomography drug for imaging gliomas. Forgent Power Solutions, In c (NYSE: FPS ) rose 8.4% to $31.06 after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and issued FY27 guidance above estimates.
