The offering, expected to settle on or about September 16, is intended to fund the redemption of several existing note series, including its 6.750% Senior Notes due 2028 and multiple sustainability-linked notes due between 2027 and 2031. The new notes will be unsecured senior obligations of the issuers and unconditionally guaranteed by Teva.
