Sanofi to take 26.4% stake in Cheplapharm in portfolio swap
Sanofi will transfer a portfolio of 20 developed medicines and three manufacturing sites to Cheplapharm in exchange for a 26.4% equity stake.
4% equity stake in the German pharmaceutical company. The French drugmaker said Cheplapharm’s expertise will help manage the so-called mature medicines portfolio.
