Brookfield Asset Management NYSE:BAM affiliates have agreed to acquire a minority interest in American Real Estate Partners (AREP) for an undisclosed amount. The investment combines AREP’s vertically integrated data center development platform with Brookfield’s global scale and investment capabilities.
