Solar Industries arm agrees to buy Omnia Holdings for ₹12,951 crore
Solar Industries’ arm, Solar SA Investments Proprietary Ltd, entered a definitive agreement to acquire all remaining shares of South Africa-based Omnia Holdings Ltd for ₹12,951 crore.
Solar Industries said its Solar SA Investments Proprietary Ltd unit has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire South Africa-based chemical solutions company Omnia Holdings. The unit said it is set to buy all remaining shares of Omnia Holdings Ltd, which is based in South Africa.
